Love seven shifts and the integration…
Love seven shifts and the integration with TouchBistro it is really a great software tool there’s a few things we would like to see that I have talk to do your developers about but overall we couldn’t be happier

The friendliest staff
The friendliest staff , the most complete scheduling software , the most user friendly app. What else can I say , can’t live with out it. 4 years and going with 7 shift team. Keep up the good work. Would love to see an integration with Maitre D pos. Regards Nick Rothos from Casa Grecque Granby.

I highly recommend 7shifts!
7shifts has all the integration we need, most importantly P.O.S. and payroll! As a small business, we still handle everything in-house, but with 7shifts we have this great tool and support system to make scheduling and payroll easier. It has helped us free up time to grow our business! And the online support is always available, fast, helpful, and most importantly they get the job done! I highly recommend 7shifts!

I looked at several scheduling software…
I looked at several scheduling software as a service companies for our brewery's taproom and kitchen. 7shifts really stood out. We have 25 employees and growing for our taproom and kitchen, so we needed something that scaled, was easy to use for both management and employees, and allowed a very availability centric scheduling workflow. 7shifts fit the bill and has good POS integration with our POS provider breadcrumb.

"Great App!"
What do you like best? This app is extremely helpful in letting me know all the information I need on a daily basis at my job, whether it be notifying me of my shifts changing or being posted, to letting me know that someone else’s shift is open.

Very intuitive, great customer support, a more bare-bones package would be a plus
I switched from google docs over to 7shifts 8 months ago for my cafe (4-8 staff), and it has been a huge time saver. The interface on the employee end is pretty intuitive. So far, no one has missed a shift due to confusion, which (having worked in cafes for over a decade) says a lot about the interface.Customer support is super helpful, and any question I've had has been promptly addressed.My only issue is, as a small cafe, I don't think we make use of about half of what the app has to ...

7 Shifts is a great tool that has really helped out with staff scheduling and forecasting labor costs. I would highly recommend giving it a try!
