We have been using 7shifts for about 18 months so far. We started at one of our locations, in the beginning, to test it out, and now we use in all of our restaurants. The software is very easy to use and intuitive. I love the ease with which shift exchanges is handled, it is a matter of few taps on your mobile device, it can be targeted to specific employees or positions, and a manager can approve or decline the exchange with one click on the web, or a tap on their app. That was one of the ...

Restaurant Owner review

I own a small restaurant with 38 employees. I was using another web based schedualing rogram that was ok, but 7shifts took it to the next level. It integrates with our POS system and is easy to use. The schedualing part of the program is very good but the manager log feature is great. I get daily reports from my management team on issue that are important to me. 7shifts allows us to setup our own management report for areas or issues that I want my mangameant to report on. I looked into a lot of other scheduling apps, they all left lot to be desired, or if there are ones comparable to 7shifts they nickle and dime you to death. I like 7shifts for its simplicity and economics.

Easy to learn and use

Easy to learn and use. Covers what you need with scheduling, tracking hours and communication with your staff. Great with staff being able to tell you when they would like time off. No more small notes or texts :D

Hands down the best time management app …

Hands down the best time management app I have ever found. As a manager of over 100 employees I have eliminated the confusion and surprises in my employee scheduling. The staff loves the app and the labor management features pay for the software in just a few weeks. We implemented for one week and never looked back. My staff loves 7shifts and I can imagine ever going back to life without this technology.

7shifts makes scheduling so much easier at a very reasonable price. Employees have no excuses to not know the shifts they are assigned. Allows for time off requests and shifts to be placed up for grabs. Lots of manager controls to be as strict or as flexible as you need to be. Highly recommended

The representatives of 7shifts have always been very easy to communicate with. They've responded quickly anytime I have reached out to them. The app has simplified our scheduling process and keeps us all in sync. We have been using it for a couple of years now. Besides the scheduling features, we love having the ability to message the staff as a whole, individually and even by department. I would recommend 7shifts to anyone looking for a great scheduling app.
