What do you like best? The idea that I can know what is happening on an account even when I have not had a live conversation. What do you dislike? Its just tough to understand where to be looking for the most relevant information. Lots of tabs and extra clicks to get to the heart of what you are wanting to see. Feels like manual data treasure hunting in a lot of ways. Its fund when you find the treasure, but I don't have a lot of extra time to look for it. Recommendations to others ...
