Had problems at first but now running fine

Had problems at first, but sorted out in the end.Great software, but takes time to get used to it, but if you are intending to put a web shop on the internet take a look at it first.The price is good as well

Avoid 3dcart at all costs

Avoid 3dcart at all costs. No partial refund though told it could be done if they did not work, called many times about no access to site, hung up un, transferred, put on hold for hours, Really not making it up And very unhelpful support from both customer service and billing as well

I’ve had a few different websites through 3dcart in the last 10 years. They used to be top of the line compared to other e-commerce platforms. That’s no longer the case. They offer a lot of options, but nickel and dime you for many things that come standard on other platforms, like Bigcommerce and Shopify. Has all the bells and whistles with less of the cost and hidden fees

What do you like best? I like that 3D Cart is the most complete cart set up - right out of the box. It has the most popular feature sets that I need but everyone else wants to charge extra for. It's a little bit difficult to understand at first, but then it becomes easier, we changed to shopify since they offer more payment provider options and also the convenience to have listed all the shipping carriers with discounts.
