Easy, intuitive and centralized calling software

What do you like best? The best part of 3CX is that you can install the app anywhere or if you don't have the device with the app on it with you, you can access it from any web browser. I am constantly on the phone and in conf calls, so am using 3CX a lot. When I walk into a meetinbg I need only 2 clicks to make sure my notifications are off and that I'm not disturbed. Great communication tool

What do you like best? It's very easy to use and straightforward. It allows us to communicate easily with all members of the company. What do you like best? 3CX makes it easy for the sales team to contact all our customers. They can communicate from their computer or from their phone. And since the Covid, with remote work, it is very convenient for all teams to be able to communicate from home. Video Conferencing are also very helpful and easy to use. I have had Great luck with 3CX and We have installed it for several partners.

What do you like best? 3CX is easy to use and has a quality look to it. What do you dislike? Email Support sometimes lacking in knowledge or want to resolve issues. It seems like answers are prompted or copied from a document. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Hosted phones are cheaper and the ability to work from remote locations has been a blessing. The mobile app has been helpful for several as well.

Very nice and easy to manage!

What do you like best? The backend is easy to use, has a good UI/UX and is easy to manage! The support of 3cx is very impressive... sorry it sounds not real, but it is. Support answers very fast and is trying to solve every problem. The most problems are infront of the screen ;) What do you dislike? Sometimes i would like to get better error messages.
