Nice, fantastic PBX, specially if you have a virtual environment.

What do you like best? It's an agile, powerful and complete solution for a modern PBX. And it's free for 1 year in professional version. Supports many VoIP providers and a lot of VoIP phones from main vendors. Support service is very fast and skilled. Price is very low specially if compared to other similar solutions (fully software pbx). VAD (Voice Application Designer) is a specific tool for creating voice apps and it's completely free: you can create powerful and DB linked voice apps, ...

It also allows for monitoring and logging the calls, and recording them when needed. What do you dislike? We had some small start-up issues regarding compatibility with our predeveloped call-handlers, but we got it fixed with some workarounds, with the help from our 3CX partner. We also had some small readjustments to some of the old ways to do ...

Some ongoing problems like push notifications and tech partners criteria, some tech partners we rely on, since 3CX does rely on, doesn't seem to have tech competence. Recommendations to others considering the product: Get familiar with devices/resources that come around 3CX as gateway ...
