A great system all around
What do you like best? I like the ease of installation and implementation of 3CX, Coming from a hosted VoIP from AT&T I am relived at how customizable this system is and being able to perform my own troubleshooting. Everything about 3CX is great. The team at the office like how versatile the system and how easily it adapted to the current remote working situation. The VDNA system we had would have never been this flexible. What do you dislike? A few features I wish were easier to ...

3CX, a flexible, lower cost solution for modern voice needs that is actually easy to manage.
What do you like best? The value of this phone system is great. It's a very scalable, flexible system at a great price. The licensing models easily grow as needs do. Paying for concurrent calls instead of per phone means your paying based on your true need. What do you dislike? Some of the documentation needs improvement. Luckily the user forums are very helpful to find solutions to issues like complex call routing that the base documentation lacks. Recommendations to others ...

Excellent Unified Communications
What do you like best? This system is flexible. You are not held back by annoying licencing. It just works. It so flexible, we replaced a restrictive and totally closed Mitel system with 3cx over a year ago. It enabled us to mobilise 70% our staff during the corona crisis What do you dislike? I would like single sign on to the web console using SAML but apart from that nothing. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try it - You will not be sorry. What problems ...

Robust and Easy to Use
What do you like best? 3CX is feature rich and well rounded as a phone system. What do you dislike? I do not like the fact that admin rights are either all or none. There needs to be a way you can select what admin rights an extension has. Admins should also be able to see other admins, although I understand the reasons why you cannot. As robust as 3CX is, it falls short where admin rights are assigned. Recommendations to others considering the product: 3CX is a well rounded ...

Enterprise grade platform for bargain basement price!
What do you like best? 3CX offers an entire unified communications suite for next to nothing. You can run a large call center or just a small office. Its super reliable and constantly updated. What do you dislike? No SMS Support. Would like to see that added. Recommendations to others considering the product: Choose supported phones, they will make life easier. Follow all of the recommendations. Put PBX in the cloud. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Good System - Great for what we need
What do you like best? It's easy to set up and configure. Simple to modify and there are lots of ways that you can manage queues etc by using the Call flow designer app. A lot of our colleagues have been working remotely lately and it's been great to be able to give them access to the soft client on their mobiles to be able to work remotely What do you dislike? There have been some issues with updates in the past but we haven't had any more issues with updates for a while. There ...

3CX Review
What do you like best? The free iOS and Android apps are both easy to use and allow for savings on hardware What do you dislike? Sometimes the desktop application requires a restart of my mobile device to allow me to answer via the desktop Recommendations to others considering the product: There is no reason to choose an alternative, it's one of the cheapest services available, has good support and the possibilities are endless What problems are you solving with the product? ...

3CX
What do you like best? Being able to schedule Webmeetings through 3CX. The phone console is also very user-friendly and I am able to analyze call data. What do you dislike? Cannot create a standing web meeting. We have to create a new meeting each week. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Streamlined communication with off-sites teams. Holding weekly web meetings with different departments.

Our Office's Primary Phone System
What do you like best? We utilize 3cx for all of our office phone systems. It is very easy to utilize and allows our entire office to keep track of phone calls across our entire office. What do you dislike? The system will not allow people to dial an extension directly. It will also not give us a notification when phone calls are missed or when you receive a voicemail. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is a good system but I would recommend you make sure you ...
