A comprehensive and easy to use VoIP platform.

What do you like best? 3CX makes it easy to rapidly deploy PBXs. It is easy for both technical staff and users to understand and is very feature rich. Getting non-technical staff on softphones is a breeze, and configuring new phones and extensions is about as easy as it can be. Update schedules frequently enable new functionality or improve upon existing functionality which is nice as well. Overall, I am very happy with the solution. What do you dislike? Working with the 3CX support ...

3CX is a easy to manage, cost saving, turn key solution with many features.

What do you like best? 3CX is supported on the cloud. 3CX supports all the major cloud providers. 3CX is easily deployed on the cloud. What do you dislike? I would like for 3CX to provide better support to its customers and re-sellers. They will find any little reason to refuse support. Example: Custom templates, different sip trunk provider, etc. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use yealink phones. These seem to be the most reliable phones and are heavy duty. ...

Pretty Good, but has some limitations

What do you like best? Affordability is great. Works much better than a 10+ year old Call manager system. What do you dislike? No "supported" way to create templates. If you want phones to default to 12h instead of 24h time, you have to edit a template then all those phones are flagged as "unsupported" and 3CX support won't help you with anything unsupported. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's very good for basic needs. I don't feel like it would scale well ...

Perfect Voip solution for MSPs

What do you like best? Very low overhead meaning that an instance on your cloud provider of choice can be spun for cheap. The pbx express makes the deployment of the pbx just clicking a few buttons, you don't even need to know Linux (which is the platform of choice for this PBX and the corresponding SBCs). Easy to use interface so that those without experience with voip can still do basic functions, supports a decent range of handsets, web interface is terrific and lets users control a ...

3CX - The I.T. Managers Phone System

What do you like best? Its very intuitive for both technical and non technical. I like the vast amount of hardware that can link up to it. My Reseller and Support company are TOP NOTCH. Obviously why they chose 3CX. What do you dislike? Nothing that I can think of. I wish I would have moved my current company to this right after I started. Recommendations to others considering the product: Forget any other thoughts of phone systems 3CX is the way to go hands down. What ...

Excellent VOIP phone system

What do you like best? 3CX is simple to maintain. It took a bit to setup, but their support helped a lot. The system has a wide selection of compatible VOIP phones to choose from. We settled with Yealink, and the setup process is very simple. What do you dislike? There are countless options to configure and setup and it was a little tough to find the right documentation. 3cx did not natively support out old Cisco phones, but was able to provide custom firmware that required several ...

3CX Phone System

What do you like best? Pricing model is nice. No per line cost or per user cost. Just build the system with the number of concurent lines you want and expand that as you see the need increase. very functional, phones, mobile app is pretty nice, Desktop client works well on laptops, webconferencing works well, etc. Can be installed on Linux so skip the windows licenses. What do you dislike? I would recommend going the Linux route to save the windows licensing. Recommendations to ...

Fantastic phone system

What do you like best? There are a lot of options for using 3cx, including mobile apps, desktop apps and a web portal. What do you dislike? Sometimes the call quality can be a little iffy. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a shot and see how you feel about it. Once you get used to it, it is very easy to use compared to other phone systems I have used. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Without 3cx, I ...
