More than we asked for!
What do you like best? The web interface. It allows us to easily setup up phones and administer the phone system. What do you dislike? Not much of a dislike, but wish you didn't have to get the Call Center edition to get more than 16 calls. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? 3CX replaced our old PBX system that was end of life and end of extensions. No more having the PBX guy come out and configure a phone. It so nice just to pick up ...

Cost effective and powerful
What do you like best? The best thing about 3CX is the price compared to other vendors, but that's not it's only selling point. There's isn' much we can't do with 3CX. We run 3CX across lots of sites connected via SDWAN, and the flexibility of the program gives us a host of failover options. From a user standpoint, they love it. We have a phone system that can do everything they need from easy work from home to conferencing What do you dislike? The bad is not even that bad. We have a ...

Saved My Company Money and Time. Works As Well If Not Better Than Our Old Cisco Platform
What do you like best? This has been a real money save for us. For a total project cost of less than $25k, we were able to do more than what a comparable Cisco system that would have cost well in the 6 figures. Maintenance / support is very inexpensive. We spend little if any time administering the 3CX system. What administration that is needed is very intuitive. The system is very full-featured. Not only did we replace a Cisco PBX with the 3CX, but we were also able to scrap a separate ...

Huge cut in costs and improvement in functions
What do you like best? How simple it is to add users is quite impressive compared with our former Avaya system. What do you dislike? It is not really multilanguage. Like the phone conference, you need to choose one language. there should be a way to setup at least 2. The phone client should have an automatic DND setting. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? With the integrated video conferencing and screen sharing, we don't need ...

3CX is a all-around, complete phone system!
What do you like best? 3CX is just plain easy to use. So simple! What do you dislike? Some bugs, but those are fixed very fast Recommendations to others considering the product: Go for it! We have no regrets going with 3CX. IT JUST WORKS! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Remote work! We had to all work from home due to the pandemic, and 3CX was already scaled to help with this. I simply had to send out the “Welcome to 3CX” ...

VOIP Phone System Flexibility with Long Term Support Behind it - Open SIP Phone Capable
What do you like best? Prior to choosing 3CX in 2011, I had experience with: Executone (traditional PBX) , 3COM NBX (early VOIP), and an open source SIP PBX. I chose 3CX for several reasons and those reasons still hold true today. 1. 3CX supports many options for SIP phones. Instead of being tied to one vendor, I can choose from several vendors for SIP based office phones and they are provisioned and managed from inside 3CX. If I decide I no longer like 3CX that investment can be ...

What do you like best? 3CX is easy to install, easy to manage and just works, In my option it is the most cost-effective mainstream IP based phone system. What do you dislike? Recommendations to others considering the product: Go for it and contact Unleashed to help you implement What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? You are ...

Greatest VoiP Phone System Ever
What do you like best? Whats not to like. Easy phone provisioning, supports a wide range of phones, Constantly improving it, apps for both iphone and android, webmeeting w/video support, remote control of other user computer systems for tech support and the list goes on and on. What do you dislike? Needs more sip trunk documentation for non certified providers like ATT. I know I said non certified but lets be real sometimes you have to use such because some businesses might under ...

Like a fine wine 3CX only gets better with age.
What do you like best? I have been in Telecom for around 20 years. When I first found 3CX I was astonished at how simple it was for end users and administration. It was that moment that I knew I had to get involved with them and I haven't looked back since. The product is like a fine wine and only seems to be getting better with age. Every update and release amazes me with how they listen to partners and end users in an attempt to keep fresh new usable features at our finger tips. What ...
