A phone system that is so easy to use. The frequent updates, keep the software fresh.
What do you like best? The User interface, and the ease of updates. What do you dislike? The restriction on the quality for hold music. Recommendations to others considering the product: No Comment What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? 3CX provides us with a PBX that does not rely on a particular brand of hardware. It allowed us to save money by not having to purchase expensive hardware.

Great product with lots of features and tons of savings
What do you like best? I love all the options and ability to expand product. WIth 3CX our staff have been able to provide excellent care for the patients we serve. Easy to setup -- Easy to use.
What do you like best? The 3CX Administration panel has stayed consistent throughout version 9 all the way to its latest release, 16. With that said, its always been easy to find extensions, customize inbound/outbound rules, setup DID's/trunks and work with ring groups. This is by far my favorite things about the system. What do you like best? The ease of configuration, management and end user training makes 3CX the best system we've deployed to the smallest and largest of our clients. Awesome phone system with great features. Excellent business continuity features as well.
What do you like best? Several years ago I needed a cost-effective phone system for a car dealership. Found 3CX and loved it. Now my company is a Platinum Partner. It can be installed in any environment, be it in the cloud, on-premise, or hybrid. All extensions get all features for the edition selected, and there is no fee for each extension, ring group, queues, etc. No nickel and dime. Lightweight, easy to use and deploy with great features
What do you like best? Easy to manage, reliable with very low maintenance. We have been using 3CX as our phone system for many years now and the system has been very reliable. The system does not require much maintenance which can be fully automated. What do you dislike? Some cosmetic things such as uploading users profile pictures by admins could be improved. The best phone system i have used to date
What do you like best? Mobility, web client, ease of setup, variety of desk phones What do you dislike? setting up conferences does not show you who has accepted Recommendations to others considering the product: Great product. The BEST PBX: In my 40 years in the telecom industry 3CX is best and easist PBX to work with.
What do you like best? 3CX is a great system: But the ease of configuration is what I like best. Also the 3CX is the best value for the money: It has all the features users want at a fraction of the price of the competition. 3CX has made the transition to a remote workforce easy!
