3CX Flexible, affordable, robust
What do you like best? We reviewed several systems and 3cx was most cost-effective and best "bang for the buck". Many other systems you had to pay extra for the really nice features that are all built into the Enterprise edition of 3cx. We implemented over 200 phones and around 30 PA speakers and intercoms at a cost that was less than 1/3 of some of the competitors. The features of 3cx are pretty impressive. Web browser-based access, Android and IOS apps, Web conferencing, fairly simple ...

A great tool to manage your Corporate phone system
What do you like best? Innovations are happening all the time with 3CX. The interface is fluid and easy to use. A lot of features are available, including 3CX Web Meeting and more. A lot of phone manufacturers are supported and this makes the software highly flexible. What do you dislike? Mainly the lack of support that isn't coming by default with the perpetual license. We find that having to customize our phones template everytime we update the system is not optimal for ...

3CX is Awesome
What do you like best? There are many features that I like. It can be easily configured to run either on-premise (on either Windows or ... the one I recommend ... Debian Linux). It is very flexible with lots of great call handling features, such as Digital Receptionists, Ring Groups, Call Parking, customizable hold music. It works with a lot of different hand sets, and it works with PRI circuits and SIP Circuits. Then there are awesome web tools for users and admins, soft phones ... I'm ...

Excellent phone system for mid-size organization

Integration with Exchange server has some issues. Lots of call center features that we do not need. Recommendations to others considering the product: Implement incrementally to allow learning curve to influence deployment. Indisputable Value and Performance
What do you like best? First and foremost is value. 3CX provides professional grade software features and performance at an incredible price. The software is rock solid and easy to setup, with enough flexibility to customize to integrate into any office environment.
