MSP Network Engineer with 10 Years VOIP Experience
What do you like best? As an MSP engineer I have used a lot of VIOP systems from Altigen, Cisco, Nextiva, Star2Star, Zultys, and Avaya both on premise and in the cloud and the one thing that 3CX has and that all of them lack is that 3CX is server software that fits into existing IT infrastructure so easily. I can run it on premise or in the cloud on Windows or Linux and all of my existing monitoring, networking, and back up work flows work with it. That makes deployment and ...

Cost-efficient Phone Solution
What do you like best? The cost savings were huge. We have many numbers with very little external usage, other than our sales staff. As such, excluding overhead on our IT department, we went from ~$35/month/line to $7/month/line pricing for hundreds of users. What do you dislike? Missing some features that I would like, such as single sign-on, or a RESTful API access. With those features 3CX would be everything we have been looking for. Also, I wish more company branding was an option ...

It makes VOIP simple to scale
What do you like best? We evaluated all the major players in the market, and 3CX won in almost every category. We chose 3CX mainly for because it allowed us to run this in our data centers and control security and access to features better than other cloud providers. We've been able to scale well past 600 users and the uptime has been phenominal. The ability to easily create and provision users both the offices and remotely makes 3CX the best system out there. What do you dislike? ...

3CX is an amazing phone system -- Amazing price for a lot of features!
What do you like best? I love the ease of management. Everything looks so clean and is straight forward. What do you dislike? I would like to see the ability to create recurring meetings. Recommendations to others considering the product: Do it. You'll never look back. The cost savings and reliability out-pace all competitors! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? So many of our clients are now using 3CX apps and web clients due ...

All around excellent PBX that allows the administrators and users be in control
What do you like best? The customization and control over call flow and features. We can utilize 3CX's flexibility to configure and install a customer's system in just about any way they want. What do you dislike? Occasionally support can be frustrating when it comes to needing to be on the exact latest version before help comes. Obviously multiple versions behind is an issue but when it comes to being 1 update behind, that can be annoying. Recommendations to others considering the ...

Really good and easy to setup. Lot of functionnality.
What do you like best? Application and the webclient are the easyest way to setup rapidly a system. What do you dislike? I would like a more granular way to program every rights. Recommendations to others considering the product: feel free to try the free version and after that you have been convinced, upgrade to pro for the recordings and other cool stuff. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Teleworker loves the system.

Easy and Effecient
What do you like best? The setup of a 3cx system is really simple and very efficient when it comes to a managing aspect. If you are running on a Linux environment updating is the easiest I have seen. Support is also very helpful. And there is a huge community that is willing to help. The variety of phones that will work with a 3CX system is vast. What do you dislike? Licensing, I wish they would allow all options on one license. Recommendations to others considering the product: ...

3CX Review
What do you like best? The simplicity of the software. Very easy to use and configure. What do you dislike? Don't like how unstable 3CX software is. I am always refreshing registration on the SIP trunks. Recommendations to others considering the product: Mone at the moment. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can provision phones without the having to call a phone expert to help.
