This beats whatever phone system you're using!
What do you like best? It might just be because I've had to work with other phone systems before this, but this phone system is so much easier to use and configure it's a huge weight off my shoulders. They also update their software all the time with updates and bug fixes and have excellent technical support for those really tough problems. It's a very flexible platform and I've used nearly every feature they offer at one time or another including video conferencing. What do you ...

Good PBX and support
What do you like best? I like the ability to manage the PBX myself. What do you dislike? I dislike that 3cx updates the conference site without providing feedback or a heads up. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy to use and manage. Ease of use is much better than Iwatsu What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Immediate addition of extensions, as needed. Realized cost savings after transitioning to 3cx.

Highly Recommended
What do you like best? Ease of management. Overall views of system status, extensions and users is extremely easy to map What do you dislike? Lack of LDAP integration to tie extensions to users. Office hours feature needs to be present in Digital Receptionist settings rather than just trunk. A 'related items' field would be nice. We'd also like to remove the 3CX logo in more places since we're a re-seller. We're not hiding the fact it's 3CX, but we would like a little more brand ...

3cx as a unified communication solution for small buisinesses
What do you like best? The webmeeting feature is easy and robust. You can do ad-hoc presentations or schedule meetings. You can share content, support staff can use the remote control features to assist others. It's a powerful and useful tool. Also the reporting feature looks very professional. What do you dislike? The softphone is not the best software-wise. There are 2 versions of the softphone that I have used and they seem to be solid with a few clunky aspects to them. I feel like ...

Great, but every now in then I'll run into minor problems
What do you like best? The simple interface and how accessible it is across devices (computers, smartphones and so on). What do you dislike? The app is buggy on iOS devices and calls sometimes cut out. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great way to stay connected across different devices and easy to use! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Calls sometimes drop when using the iOs app, but the platform is easy to ...

Easy Upgrade & Intuitive System
What do you like best? The system has been really intuitive for a company of all different tech knowledge levels. It has advanced features for those that want it, but is simple for those that just need the basics. It has been a life saver in today's times of working remotely. We were able to pick up and go without missing anything. What do you dislike? I think the biggest adjustment/learning curve from the implementation has been for our receptionist and learning her new normal on ...

Ease of Deployment
What do you like best? 3CX is simple to configure and easy to use. The user interface makes it straightforward and simple whilst still being powerful. We've been deploying 3CX for our customer base for some time now and it's impressive with the variety of ways you can configure it. 3CX's support team are also very knowledgeable and happy to assist. Makes remote working a breeze.. What do you dislike? Reporting suite doesn't meet all customers requirements and could do with ...
