A great VoIP solution
What do you like best? It's a really easy system to admin. The mobile app is working really well during the Covid Lockdown. What do you dislike? People 'accidently' putting their phone in DND, very close to disabling that. Recommendations to others considering the product: User training is crucial, theres a lot of features, showcase them all. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Had issues previously with SSL certificates not ...

3CX is all about home working
What do you like best? Being able to access the phone system from anywhere, either as a user and remote working from anywhere in the world, or as the administrator provisioning users for softphone usage for workers not able to visit the office. What do you dislike? The system is great, but the only downside is the mobile phone apps do eat a lot of battery, but I only enable the app if I am unable to use my laptop. Recommendations to others considering the product: Fixed price on ...

Easy PBX to install, setup, maintain and run.
What do you like best? Interface and compatibility with various services and devices. What do you dislike? Maintenance contract costs are rather high. For smaller businesses a gap in yearly maintenance would lead to the higher new contract costs. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you need to be up quickly and have minimal maintenance, this is a great setup. With out the former hotel module 3cx for hospitality creates a multi step process for basic uses such ...

3CX
What do you like best? Setup was straight forward and easy to get going. Phone auto provisioning made setting up new extension a breeze. The licensed version was free for a year giving us plenty of time to have a real production setup to evaluate and tweak to our needs. We love the 3CX app for smartphones. What do you dislike? When support was needed, it seemed to difficult to actually talk to someone. However, the support community on the 3CX website was very helpful. Upgrading from ...

Some features not available on mobile app (ex. direct call pickup from park) without extra configuration Recommendations to others considering the product: Evaluate it, it's free. Spend some time to think about what you can do with the flexibility it brings compared to other voice offerings. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Highly recommend 3CX
What do you like best? I love how 3CX is not only an easy to use product for the user, it's also simple to setup and constantly moving forward. What do you dislike? Probably the least helpful aspect of 3CX currently, is the lack of SMS messaging. However this is on the roadmap and in the works. Recommendations to others considering the product: Do it. I researched for an entire year, knowing that I had 18 months before I needed to decommission our previous system. I ended up ...

3CX is easy to use with many great features
What do you like best? I like the CSR feature. my favorite feature I will have to say is the call back feature. We now see how many calls we lost before 3CX. What do you dislike? Hard to say. I haven't had any issues so far. Recommendations to others considering the product: I recommend following the supported IP phones as it can get a bit tricky if you use an IP phone that is not supported. I suggest using Yealink. They work best with 3CX. What problems are you solving with ...

3cx helps solves business issues for our corporate clients
What do you like best? The abilty to seamlessly go from their desktops, to their mobile devices, to their home computers and maintain their business presence is key for our Law Firm clients. The ease in which we can deploy a remote phone using 3CX STUN provisioning allows us to have our distribution partners ship a phone for self easy install at the end user's home or office. The management capability using the 3CX Web Admin makes punching down wires and using cumbersome PBX management ...
