I have had an excellent experience with 3cx

What do you like best? i have found 3cx very helpful, from the simple setup and instillation, and the quick provisioning of phones, and the fact you can easily customize an instance for a clients needs all from a web console. and if the customer suddenly has to change a call flow, or the way they take calls, its easy to do this, with minimal fuss. its a really simple product, that most of our clients are now managing themselves. What do you like best? 3CX makes hosting, configuring, and managing a phone system very easy. They are continually updating and taking feedback from their community. What do you dislike? Great for using in Chrome

What do you like best? It has an easy to use chrome extension where you can dial out and receive phone calls with context from the CRM. What do you dislike? It soemtimes looses its pairing in strange ways and requires settings to be changed within their dashboard. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It stops me from having to use a physical handset and let's me see phone calls placed within our CRM.
