Great Business phone system
What do you like best? The system is very reliable never have to worry about sound quality What do you dislike? I cant say there is much to dislike about 3cx Recommendations to others considering the product: Very lightweight What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? 3CX is Great! Full of features!
What do you like best? 3CX Makes PBxing easy. Obviously, with the state of 2020, 3CX has really shined in its ability to seamlessly transfer onsite agents to a remote. What do you dislike? Highly recommended for business professionals
What do you like best? From the adminstrators view it's simple to manage the PBX. It does not consume a big amount of hardware ressources, even in bigger installations. That saves my customers money as they do not need to invest most of their budget into new hardware. There are plenty of opportunities to manage calls what completely matches with my customers need. What do you like best? Easy to use and configure. Excellent reliability. Great Value. What do you dislike? I wish I could have unique music on hold for each of my 35 locations. I wish it handled fax extensions differently. Not complaints, just wishes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Its a no brainer
What do you like best? The licensing model is a simple no brainer. Its cost-effective and customers love the fact that all the features are bundled in as standard without having to put add-ons all the time. The call queues are very powerful along with the digital receptionist functionality. What do you like best? Simple and easy to use admin console. I had a full functioning PBX and sip trunking up and running in less than an hour. We have reduced costs and it’s allows for users to work remotely when needed. What do you dislike? Honestly, I have no complaints!
