What do you like best about 365Talents? What I like is that they understand the value of skills. They are probably one of the only provider to really try to capture and enrich skills matrices. I have tested several AI tools and so far they are the most accurate ones. It still requires work but I would say they are the most advanced so far and we compared them to international competitors included HRIS, and best of breed tools.
