Easy to purchase
Easy to purchase, didn't need any assistance. The fact that you wouldn't receive your Certificate unless you did the Survey was BS though. Didn't purchase to do survey's.

We have a snack bar in skating rink
We have a snack bar in skating rink. No raw meat, fish, poultry, or vegetables in our nachos, frozen corndogs, or pizzas all served on paper throw-away trays. I still think there should be a simpler version test for my snack bar--not this extensive 14 lesson, 140 questions and then the Texas test of 75 more questions most of which do not even apply to our situation. It’s ridiculous to make someone wait 90…
It’s ridiculous to make someone wait 90 mins on the food handlers especially for the person who already know everything on it. Then it restarted on me for no reason and had to wait another 90 mins and it was already 9 pm

Support is not helpful
Support is not helpful, they don’t respond to your actual questions. Will never purchase anything from them again. Make sure to really read what you’re buying, descriptions are deceitful.
