The website is slow to load; the training is cumbersome; and this is the worst online experience I have had, and I've been using online sites for CE for years.

The course was good but there were…
The course was good but there were three major flaws. First, the course wasn't updated in several years. Second, you couldn't use it on all devices because it kept going to Adobe Flash Player. On my computer it would ask me the first time I did a interactive exercise and it was awkward. On my iPads it would never get past that step. Third, I didn't pass the test the first time. Not willing to help during COVID-19 pandemic.
I signed up for a 30 hr training course. However, I wasn't able to complete the course in 180 days due to a heavy workload during my emergency COVID-19 response work. I realize it was my fault for not completing it in time, but my complaint is that their web page does not easily notify you of how many days in the 6-month period you have left. I does tell you how long you have left in the year that you have left from buying the course. This was heavily confusing, and caused me to miss the ...

Easy yet comprehensive
The course was simple yet covered all the necessary information. There were some glitches where the sound wouldn't work but it wasn't an issue because you could just read what was no the slide. Immediate access to course certificate!
