Getting in touch with support is PAINFUL. I had nothing but trouble with this company. From the website having constant technical difficulties to the chat support ending my chats without resolving my issues to even calling them and being told I didn’t know what I was talking about. When asking to speak to the agents manager she refused. I of course called back and got in touch with another agent that took over 30 minutes and still hasn’t resolved my issue. I cannot give a 0 star otherwise I would have. I bought the full CE package for insurance agents and now they say they do not offer homeowners qualifying credits even though i did complete a course for 6 credits titled Homeowners and Dwelling Insurance. What a waist of my time.
