Outdated, but it tried.
While 360Training did a wonderful job of presenting the information needed to understand the course, I found that much of the information is outdated. Their idea on how to detect if someone is underage is horribly flawed, as times have changed since the early 2000s. I feel like this series should be updated to reflect modern times, since even the IDs and ways to tell if they're fraudulent have changed. There were some areas covered that I was unfamiliar with the tools of the trade etc. I work in the cleaning industry and so cranes and derricks to mention one was an area where I had to go solely by the information but object identification would be potentially difficult.

Logging in to access courses was nearly impossible
Logging in and finding my courses was always a process, because the “login” link never worked and I had to find a roundabout way to access my courses. I also wish I would have known I wouldn’t be able to access any of my course materials after taking the last assessment, before taking the certification exam.

Need a format for food pantries
Very good review for restaurant management, but for those of us who run food pantries it's too much. We don't cook or have the option of selecting the food that is sent to us from the City Food Bank. With that said, we do sift though these items, expiration dates and all. It would be nice if you curtailed this format so that we could get down to the items that matter to us, instead of the current 360 training. Very long!

360 is the way to go!
I am impressed with the courses that 360 offers. Informative, and extremely useful in whatever your line of work may be. You work at your own speed, save as you go, return when you are able. You can repeat, take notes, and feel comfortable. When it's time for the test, once you start you must complete, but there's no pressure.
