Detailed training. But would like to be able to pause testing just in case of emergency or internet disconnection. I lost the 1st testing because I had to log out .

Need a format for food pantries
Very good review for restaurant management, but for those of us who run food pantries it's too much. We don't cook or have the option of selecting the food that is sent to us from the City Food Bank. With that said, we do sift though these items, expiration dates and all. It would be nice if you curtailed this format so that we could get down to the items that matter to us, instead of the current 360 training. Very long!

There were some areas covered that I was unfamiliar with the tools of the trade etc. I work in the cleaning industry and so cranes and derricks to mention one was an area where I had to go solely by the information but object identification would be potentially difficult.

Logging in to access courses was nearly impossible
Logging in and finding my courses was always a process, because the “login” link never worked and I had to find a roundabout way to access my courses. I also wish I would have known I wouldn’t be able to access any of my course materials after taking the last assessment, before taking the certification exam.

The whole lesson was just long and…
The whole lesson was just long and dragging with no real points, and then when it came time for the test many of the questions had language and grammatical errors which is pretty concerning.
