Ridiculous 30 hr rule!!!
I completed reading through all the materials and passed all of the chapters quizes on the first try. However, when I got to the end of the program it had only taken me 23 hours to complete the course. So I had to go back through the course a 2nd time and WASTE 7 hrs of my time just to fulfill the 30 hr. rule. That is ridiculous!!! As long as I pass the exams and prove my proficiency in the material, it's really stupid that I have to just run the clock out!!!

The EM 385-1-1 course was very good
The EM 385-1-1 course was very good. I am familiar with this material, to the tune of 20yrs, so it was great that I could fast forward through the modules. I did not have to have a contact time of 40 hrs. If you are unfamiliar with this material, the course is well organized.

I took a Food safety manager…
I took a Food safety manager certificate course. The content of this course doesn’t cover the final test, 80% the final test questions different from this course, most of them confused and tricky. They don’t give you the feedback or the correct answer after you finished the grade. So you never know how many answers you take is correct or incorrect. Don’t event have the percentage. Waste money and time for this course.

I enjoyed the format and depth which covered a great deal of topics that I can apply directly to many aspects of my daily work routine. It would have been difficult to pull away from my current job in order to attend a 4 day course so I'm greatful for this option.

Overall good
Overall good, reliable training service. Not the best and some glitches still with audio/screen buttons so on, but the job is able to be completed and you can receive your certification reasonably easily.
