Great Courses But Some Need Updating
I have taken several courses with Training360 and I have gotten a lot out of them. However, some need updating. For example, some are still saying Material Safety Data Sheets. They are now referred to as Safety Data Sheets.Videos would be a great benefit instead of old photos.I will definitely be taking more courses, but as we approach 2021, maybe some technological updates would be beneficial.

Food Protection Manager
This course, Food Protection Manager, would have been so much better if all of the material was available to print or even just to download. You see, there is a lot of valuable information on creation of HACCP plans. Only one cannot print it without printing every single page of the course individually. Material was not in line with the test…
Material was not in line with the test and once I completed the course, I could not go back and review the content to study!

Take tour money elsewhere
I bought my course, started it and logged off for a few hours and was not able to log back in. A screen kept popping up telling me I did not have a course purchased. I emailed the support center for a refund, and have not heard anything back. Literally wasted my money for a course that I’m not even able to do. 10/10, would not recommend. Take your money somewhere else and save yourself the hassle!!!
