Very good program
Very good program, but I finished it with 4 hours left so I had to sit there for another 4 hours watching the same stuff.

i am not fond of online training.
i am not fond of online training.. i had questions that i would like to ask in person. and i couldn't figure out where i made mistakes easily.felt a little in the fog and time consuming to operate on practice test i could be better at what i do when i know where i went wrong.most of all satisfied thankyou

Good course. I did see that there were times where some words were misspelled but other than that, fairly good courses

Too slow.

COVID-19 Appropriate
This is a perfect alternative to a class room with desks less then. 6 ft apart.

The course is not well presented
The course is not well presented. Is confusing , and the mobile version does not work .

Browser issues
The mobile capabilities of the site were less than optimal. The message “browser Session timed out” kept coming up and when I restarted the course I was back at the beginning. I was unable to jump back to the slide I was on. Even though they are shown in the left-hand side of the window. I had to start from the beginning and just keep pushing “next”. Very frustrating being an hour and a half in and not being able to pick up again.

Excessive Security Checks
The course I took had a security check about every 10 minutes. Very frustrating.

The coarse was very informative but…
The coarse was very informative but long. The module that could have been shorter. Also the coarse where it specifically did not apply to you, should have been able to skip. In conclusion the coarse was well worth it.
