I think the course is good

I think the course is good, but it was probably not the best course for my needs. I am not working in a food prep area and I am not storing perishable items. I am dispensing bags of shelf stable food items to families to take home. The bags are delivered to me ( already packed) and I distribute them to children. If I was working in food prep or perishable food distribution, it would have been more appropriate for me.

Needs to be engaging

The training is comprehensive as I would assume most OSHA authorized training, however it would have been great if; 1. More visual aids were used 2. Have some consistency with the voiceovers and 3. Generally make it more engsging

lots of typos

many times I would log in and nothing was there so I would log in again and then it would show up. This doesn't matter but there were many typos in the course. At one point the entire wrong word was used in a title. I think it was Stair rail was the topic but the title said stairwell.Other than that it had a good way of getting the knowledge into the head

Narrated by Forest Gump

-Course narrated by Forest Gump to stretch 2 hours of content into 10 hours.-Continuously insisted I update Flash for every single slide even though I have the latest version.-No complete study materials made available and slides are set up in such a way the you are unable to simply read each slide then skip ahead, thus forcing you to endure the painfully slow narrator.-I literally called the National Suicide Hotline three times it was so bad.-Had to call customer support to get a ...
