The detailed state by state was perhaps good info but for me in Oklahoma, I don't think i need tested on the specifics of ALL states. Should have been more state specific. basicly a lot of info that will do me no good.

video's were very dry
video's were very dry, seemed to go over the regulations, but not really put them into real world examples. After the first hour, most of the people were falling asleep.
