A bit difficult to navigate
A bit difficult to navigate. Especially when we had to add the courses or register for them. It showed the correct address in my profile yet it printed out the wrong information.

I thought the review itself was easy…
I thought the review itself was easy and smooth, too bad it had nothing to do with the questions that were asked on the actual exam. I would say the review helped me with 10 out of 75 questions total, so not great. Everything else I answered from memory. If this was my first time taking the exam I don't think the review would have helped me pass.

Login credential wait time nightmare
I am not sure why it takes so long to get a simple log in for a new hire but 6+hours and still waiting. Our usual wait time is several days before we have the information so we plan accordingly. This time around, we asked is this could be expedited - should have asked what this meant to them. So frustrated, sending our new hire home as their shift is over now.

Great program
Great program! I feel, I’ve come out of the training with more knowledge, being in the construction,industrial field for more than 10 years very resourceful! And has to be the only “safety” video to keep my attention.. sad but true.
