The program wasn’t sending enrollment…
The program wasn’t sending enrollment to all of my people. I had to get on customer support two different times to get it handled. The lady did help once she got for putting me on hold for ten minutes.

Required Seat Time Sucks
The training was adequate. Sometimes the pictures didn't match the topic. But if you finish a 30-hour course in 24.5 hours, this "OSHA seat time" requirement sucks. It works against you in regards to wanting to take another course again.
