Screen continually freezing asked them to reload program would not asked for refund refusing to refund my money. Follow up chat person was asked to get a supervisor would not but said they would call back within the hour which never happened. Below Average Content Quality and Poor Test Questions
There were multiple grammatical errors in the presentation and the failure to provide photographs of what was being discussed is very disappointing. The space is available. A missed opportunity for sure. Many photographs had nothing to do with what was being discussed.The final test contained several questions that made absolutely no sense.
