Death by PowerPoint and Lack of Proofreading
I've done online OSHA training with other companies previously, and after this one I will probably go back to using another system in the future. This was very much PowerPoint central with not much interaction other than a few quizzes throughout the course. Other companies have developed interactive scenarios and videos which help keep interest and interaction up while going through this online. Do it at your own pace
This was fast, easy, and informative. If you need to get training, and don't have time todo it in a classroom setting, I highly recommend doing it this way.

Overall decent refresher course
Decent platform and content. Poor customer/technology service. Class always takes about 9+ hours to complete including final exam. Fair price.

Horrible time management for a 30HR course
360training for OSHA safety courses are highly inefficient with regards to time. A typical 30-HR course should not take 70+ total hours to complete. The modules require you to stay on a specific slide anywhere from 15 sec - 2 min, and most times you read the slides faster than it allows you to skip. The total time added does not correlate to the course hrs. Stay away from this training vendor.

The course needs updated I had a hard time viewing slot of the content due to adobe flash being taken off of Google chrome although when I contacted customer service they gave me great instructions on how to access the videos. Please update content and get 5 stars

I would have given 5 stars but while I was taking the test all of the sudden it switched screens and said I had used one of my chances and only had one chance left to pass the test , I was only a few questions in to the test and it worried me because if it did that again I’m not sure how I would take it since that would knock me out of my second chance , but it worked ok for the remaining session and I passed it so I am giving 4 stars.
