Issues with the person reading
Issues with the person reading. Broken sound. They mispronounced several words changing the meaning of the sentence or lesson. A quiz was given before the lesson or information was given - happened in several lessons. I gave correct answers that were checked as wrong.

Impossible
I spent more time trying to take the test than I did studying for it. 6 hours! I was 1/3 of the way through when it terminated my connection. My internet connection was great and my laptop is new. I ended up having to take the test at a testing site 30 miles away. Beyond frustrated is an understatement. I have done many courses online, this is the only one I have had issues with. Spend the extra few dollars and use another site.

Seconds Lost!!!
Ohhh boy let me tell you. So my company paid for the confined space which wasn’t bad actually it was pretty good, but the osha 10. I would say for you to work on the video editing the time. What I mean by that I couldn’t press the next button which is understandable, it’s meant for us to actually hear and atteind the information but I thought that a lot of the videos went over bored on the time wise. Absolutely horrible company
Absolutely horrible company. Their lack of service and being client-centered is unbelievable. Let me explain why.I signed up to go through the insurance classes. Well, I have other jobs and have been busy. My goal is to use my time off over Christmas and New Years to knock the training out. I receive an email with less than 1 months notice (22 days only) that I have to finish the class by Dec 31 or ALL MY PROGRESS WILL BE LOST!!! They are removing old technology and are too lazy to do it ...

Being totally honest,Im disappointed.I used you all for my osha 10 but this osha 30 experience has been horrible.The audio works not even half the time and they system gets disconnected from my wifi very frequently.

TABC Recertification
The training was longer than I remember but there were security precautions along the way to verify that the user was the person registered for the course. Also, after completion of the course you receive your certificate immediately.
