I have been a Certified Food Manager since 2010. I found this online course much more difficult and less useful than the in class course. On the assessments if I got a wrong answer, I was not told the correct answer. This was very annoying.The course was very long. I spent 24 hrs taking the course as I tried to take notes. I felt there should have been a review of important points at the end, before taking the test.It seems we should have been possible to email our certificate rather than. ...

I have waited for almost 4 hours in…
I have waited for almost 4 hours in order to have the Food Protection Manager Certification Exam proctored with 360 training. I am really frustrated and upset. I am unable to have my exam scheduled in advance; therefore, I am keep waiting and waiting with no signal from the website to show that how long that I need to wait to have the exam. Terrible experience!
