Wrong information on their courses, opposite from reality.
Technical issues, misleading quizzes with blatant mistakes, incorrect answers marked as correct and correct answers marked as incorrect, no way to review mistakes, course is inaccessible once you finish the pre assessments for the final exam. The clock system could use…
The clock system could use improvements. I was often not credited for my time spent reviewing the material. I was also logged out automatically therefore losing time not credited to me. In one occasion I had to restart the exam after already having completed a third of it. Half of my time spent on the website i was mostly frustrated with the interface which should be very user friendly.
