Terrible course
Terrible course, complete waste of time and money. Glitches in software, language, text breaks, etc. Quizzes had questions marked wrong that were actually correct, no explanation of how or why it was wrong.

No flexibility in course pacing
The content was good and clearly explained. Unfortunately, you have to move at the same course-defined pace in all sections. Some topics I knew quite well, but still had to wait 35, 60 or whatever number of seconds to click “next” and advance. Some sections I spent more time than was necessary to explore the supplemental information. As a result, it took about 11 hours to get through an “8 hour” training. HACCP Food Safety Course is a SCAM
If I could, I wouldn't even give 5 Star for Food Safety HACCP course I did. I chose 360Training because it was listed on International HACCP Alliance's website as accredited training provider. Even at the start of the course, it require you to submit mailing info to send certificate from International HACCP alliance but that was not the case after I finished. 360 Training said they don't offer that anymore and its not accredited. I took the course over the Christmas…
I took the course over the Christmas weekend so I am somewhat understanding but I was unable to get in touch with anyone in support. I emailed out that the certificate was needed for me to perform my job on that Monday. Here we are on Wednesday and I have still heard nothing from you but a request as to how well you did. Do I need to go any further?
