I would really like to give 5 stars
I would really like to give 5 stars, however, an update was done over the weekend and my training module was changed to Spanish. I called to get it back to English and was told it could be done, but I would lose the 6+ hrs I had already completed. I had to start all over and was very frustrated having to do so. Other than that, it was well put together.

The reason I am only giving them 3 stars is…
The reason I am only giving them three stars at this point is because I've been through one lesson of the first class and read multiple sections again because they were double printed. Wish I would have known so that I wouldn't have wasted my time reading it again. Also, there are quite a few typos in the lessons. The other reason for three stars is because the content cannot be purchased in printed form or audio form. I tried to print out one lesson and it was 745 pages (printed front and ...

The website needs to be improved
The website needs to be improved. To register users is very confusing and when you search for the user, even though the user does exist. the system does not show the user. Also, to log in to the account for training, the link does not work. We had to ask for help. The assistant (via chat) sent a link that did work (for login). This happened several times. The training content is 5+ stars, but the platform is not very good.

I was able to complete the training…
I was able to complete the training with no problem. My only hope is that in the near future more workshop hours could be awarded, it's a lot of information to obtain, very time consuming and a quiz that's 45 questions. I passed the first time but I do like that you have a second chance to retake the quiz.

The training was good overall. A few tweaks needed
The training was good. It was interactive and kept a good pace. My only issues were launching the application was confusing at first and around chapter 11 the audio was not on pace with the pages

I was told I had taken the test 2 times…
I was told I had taken the test 2 times and only took it once. Thank goodness they decided to let me take it the 2nd time. The waiting time for getting a proctor was 4hours.
