training content was good in general
training content was good in generalthe only drawback was that the training application froze when answering the questionnaires and I had to exit and re-enter several times if I answered a question incorrectly.also though the end I could not advance in the questionnaire when i reach question 29. I am not sure if I selected the right or wrong answer but after clicking continue it never went though and I was not able to go to the next questions to finish the questionnaire

They charged me three times...
They charged me three times for the same thing and when I called customer support they said “thank you for calling please hold for the next available agent” every ten seconds for 20 minutes before just hanging up on me. Would never recommend anyone use this site absolutely horrible experience.

Taking the course I'd enrolled in was like getting another job.
My experience in trying to take the HAZWOPER 8 hour refresher course was one long technical nightmare! The advice I received from technical support just sent me in circles looking for the course I had enrolled in. Trying to complete this course was like taking on a second job.

Not worth the time or money
Nothing but technical issues from the start. The site recommended using Safari as the browser. Could read and listen to the content but wouldn’t work when taking tests at the end of each module. Called and was told I needed to use google chrome. Downloaded that and was able to get through a few test questions before it quit working. Was then told I needed to try Firefox. Downloaded Firefox and still had the same issues. Called back and was told to download Photon X. I was able to use it to ...
