One question on the test had a wrong…
One question on the test had a wrong tempurature I believe, it said that a cooked beef patty was to be cooked at 155, but in the course it says 160. Not sure what else is off from the test. Maybe worth looking into?

It’s great just takes way too long
It’s great just takes way too long. Takes 15 seconds to read each section but you’re required to wait anywhere from 20 seconds to over minute and it became frustrating.

Good content and a lot of relevant…
Good content and a lot of relevant information. There was an issue with a knowledge check in which a question showed up twice in a slide ...like an accidental cut and paste...but it was supposed to be a different question. Some of the voice overs where distracting. Some areas to improve but over all worth the time and money.
