Most of the annoying parts of your course were actually OSHA mandated requirements so I'll give you that. Until the course erased the two hours that I've been sitting up staring at a blank screen waiting for the final test to unlock and then I had to wait another 2 hours again making sure that I logged in and out every 15 minutes to make sure the time was correctly being saved. Very comprehensive program
Very comprehensive program, extremely easy to work through each section/chapter. Quizzes mid section help prepare and ensure that you're ready for end of chapter tests. Very happy that we selected this specific provider.

Convenient and timely
Very good presentation and a lot of information to digest. My first time taking a class online. I thought it would be difficult without a book, but I did manage to take notes while seeing the presentations, pausing to write when necessary, and also rewinding (going back) to go over the spots that I didn't quite hear or get. That part is actually better than a classroom.

Quiz material not covered in the lesson
I was a little baffled at the first quiz as to why questions were being asks about information that was not covered in lesson. I think this is a bad approach.
