Good course
Good course. There maybe some kind of glitch inthe software, however. The entire slide presentation of all the modules is less than 30 hours. You are told to review the information until you have reached the 30 hour mark before you can take the final test. However, I was not able to go back to any of the modules for review

I completed and passed the exam my first attempt. I really liked the on-line program ~ it was easy to use, I liked the amount of content per page and I liked the assessments following each lesson.Where I think future students could benefit would be to cover some of the exam questions during training. I have over 25 years in food service and there were a handful of questions I was unable to answer simply because they were not included in the tutorial.Outside of that, the program was easy and ...

Mad at poor communication.
The course was exactly what I thought. I web to take the test early one morning because I needed it that day. I logged in about 10 minutes before 7:00 CST. Waited for 20 minutes in the queue in position 1 and decided to contact customer support. They said to wait a little longer. Contacted again after 30 minutes where the customer service agent started stalling by telling me to do stuff on my computer. I did it but still waited. Got on the phone and miraculously at exactly 8:00 someone came ...
