Most difficult course ever- trickery
This is one of the most difficult courses I've ever taken in 20 years of real estate. You must get 100% of each chapter's questions before moving on and they are difficult and even a little tricky with the words. I wouldn't use this training - it's like "trickery" It's cheap, but not worth the aggravation

Making me stare at a sentence for 1 minute…
Why make me stare at a sentence for 1 minute when it only takes me 10 seconds to read it? Waste of time. The course took me 4 hours when I could have finished it in 2 if not for the ridiculous timing.
