dishonest and awful customer service.
I purchased a program while I was outside the U.S, that I couldn't use because I couldn't was outside of the U.S. I only bring that to you because I think I shouldn't have had the option to purchase it to begin with, however that's not my point. I contacted 360training immediately and asked for the refund because unfortunately I had no use for the program. they have a 3 day policy for refund and I contacted them with in 3 minutes, I stated that I am outside the country and that they wont be ...
