It would be super awesome if y’all upgraded your technology. The voices were fine, but the “player” is super out of date and not fluid with a MacBook Pro. Graphics could be more relevant, interesting, engaging and up to date. The clicking next every 30 seconds to minute 30 made sure I was engaged but it was frustrating especially when the player wasn’t acting right or at 1am pst when the program would claim my computer was offline but in reality the program would reset and kick me out. The course is poorly structured and too…
The course is poorly structured and too long for the information necessary for the handler's exam. The quizzes cover material that is not explained in the course. Overall I felt that my time was wasted on information that could have been covered in 30-45 minutes.
