40-hour HAZWOPER: Poor Quality
This training did not meet my expectations. The course was structured poorly, and slides frequently contained glaring and obvious grammatical errors, along with logical inconsistencies. Lesson questions were frequently poorly worded and confusing, and the answers sometimes contradicted the information presented in the modules. In one particularly egregious example, lesson information used an outdated and offensive term to refer to intellectually disabled persons.

Easy to use platform for the OSHA 10…
Easy to use platform for the OSHA 10 certification. Modules and quizzes kept you engaged and adequately prepared you for the final exam. Photos could have been updated or more relatable to the current discussion, and I would suggest adding some videos to the training to reenact some of the scenarios and other issues that were covered during the training.

A well developed course with lots of great information. Sufficient time to complete the course without having to sit in front of the computer for 30 hours straight!

terrible
terrible. ive called for weeks trying to get my certification sent to me. i have been getting the run around i was told that i was going to get a call back today and still havent got a phone call. i cannot return back to work until i get these certifications. this is ridiculous, 10 days later and still nothing.

not enough visual tools and in some cases they keep using the same picture during falling devices like rails.
