This course was convenient and easy to access for folks on the go. It covered every question that would possibly be asked on the final test in as short amount of time as possible. It’s a great way to retain the needed information as each section had a quiz that you could take multiple times to make sure you understood the content in the course. Well done!

Gets the job done. Nothing great or excellent about the course.
Good: Quick, easy, convenient. Gets the job done. Online proctoring.Bad: The content is presented in a boring, dry manner. Robotic narration, text slides. Repeating stock footage. No context to the material. You have to force yourself to get through it without falling asleep.

I found the 8-hr HAZWOPER refresher…
I found the 8-hr HAZWOPER refresher repetitive and outdated information on slides for several lessons. I reported those where I caught them. The woman's voices is very robotic, especially for 8 hours. It was confusing on the final lesson as it did not take me to the lesson 9 quiz. The online customer support help chat was not useful. I finally figured out that at the 8 hr mark it skipped from the lesson 9 activity to the final exam for the course. It never directed me to lesson 9 quiz as ...

Wasteful waste of money
The entire course on real estate math is completely useless. Course should have focused on cap rates and ROI on properties instead of all the useless garbage that was in the class which we are not allowed to do anyway i.e figuring out closing statements, surveying info, mortgage info. We aren’t licensed in those areas. Hence we can’t do them. Course was a giant waste of money.
