I was able to complete the course in 24.5 hrs, then had to waste 5.5 hours just going back and replaying the courses to get the required seat time. It would be nice to have the content fit the required set time. A lot of time waiting for lesson clock to run down after the lesson is over. More case study could be used to reinforce the main points of the lesson, this would also fill dead time. Overall it was a decent online course to take, super convenient what I don’t like is how they use wordplay and the way that they word questions is almost like a trick question. So in that aspect I ended up getting confused by misinterpreting or not fully understanding the question for example it would ask where should Acetylene cylinders be stored in except! So just by them wording questions in A confusing Manor threw me off a little bit.

I feel that this is an injustice to the student who is trying to learn from what your course is trying to teach. I feel that you should look over your test questions and decide which ones are asking the student to acknowlage what they have learned and stop ...

The course information was clear and organized. I found it extremely helpful to my real estate career. There were some statements that I felt were more personal opinion and not factual or evidence based, as well as some racially biased views that I found insensitive in a field where we're required to focus on equal and fair treatment.
