Greedy Company

The material was glichy, and when I didn't have time to finish my class they wouldn't extend my time.... not 1 more month. And when I explained my circumstances, they offered me $20 off the price of new class. Ridiculous.

Waste of time

I signed up for the Managers liquor and food training, after completing I was given a regular Food Handlers certificate of completion. Not even a regular Food Handlers card, I tried calling twice and was put on hold for over 20 minutes without the representative even telling me I was being put on hold.

I believe as customers are paying to attain this great training, it will be even if they are able to finish and get their certificate no matter what. I recommend that the text are made in pieces after each topic even with all the inspections. I'm hoping I can get refund for not being able to get the certificate or have more chances to do the exams.

The exams were easy if you take notes or highlight pdf study guide as you go. It took much longer than I anticipated but all in all not bad.

The training material was sometimes…

The training material was sometimes contrary to the tests that were given at the end of each training cycle. Once the original course was completed, the course was closed so that it could not be used as a study guide. It would have been much more useful if it was possible to cut and paste from the course in order to create our own study guide. Once the final exam was completed for the certificate, the complete feedback was pass or fail: no follow up on which questions were correct or ...
