I found the Food Handler’s card and Alcohol Training very thorough and insightful. The quizzes periodically during training really came in handy to refresh my memory during test time. The test questions were very well put together. They ensure that the tester knows the concept that’s being taught, instead of just memorizing information then forgetting.
