Fast response and problem solving on the spot.
I have a problem with two-factor authentication because my mobile cell phone crashed and after I reset my phone I am unable to use the google authentication service for 2checkout. I've submitted a technical support ticket and I've got a fast response from the support staff and the problem is solved on point.
