Support Time Could Be Better

I request a support for an issue and it took around three months to be resolved. Multiple times the support didn't answ.er my tickets, so i had to create a new one to get a response. In those 3 months i wasnt able to withdraw my money, and i had to reply the ticket multiple times, create a multiple new ones or even write them in instagram to get a feedback about the issueTicket ID: 4523506

Don't Risk Your Money With These People

They processed the payment for a company I used and when I was dissatisfied I requested a refund. I heard nothing from the company and 2CO said they would contact them on my behalf and if they heard nothing they would refund the money.
