Happy with response time, not with chargeback fee
I am happy about the timely response to my emails about chargebacks, however, I am not happy getting charged the chargeback fee when a customer makes a mistake and disputes the charge but then realizes the mistake and reverses the dispute. Their error is costing us $25 even though it was taken care of in a timely manner. This is based on a $159 sale which is significant.

My account is restricted and 8000$ plus held
I am having a terrible experience with 2co! They restricted my account without any notification and I just got to know it by logging into my account as my payment was due and I hadnt received any payment email.On inquiring, they asked me to send sale details (tracking number, courier used and sales number) for two months and it further said that you can still receive orders from your customers. Ridiculously Overpriced!
I was on the verge of signing up with 2CO - but, as I spent more time understanding their fee structure, it got to a point of being unreasonable! The per transaction fee going up to 9.5% + 0.30EUR - including cross-border fee + FX Markup Fee!!!!! The lowest transaction fee hovering around 7.5% + 0.30EUR. I don't even live in a high-risk country btw.Is it only me who thinks this is insanely overpriced??!?! I wonder what they thought of when they thought of this as the ideal business ...
